How did Kyler better himself, despite his experiences throughout the pandemic?

2019 and 2020 were challenging years for Kyler; he lost a very close friend, Riley, and then had knee surgery before the onset of the pandemic. Although he suffered at specific points, he survived and managed with his close network of friends and family.
